Refund policy
Refund Policy:
You have until the day before your first class begins to request a refund. For example, if my first class is on Tuesday, I must request a refund on Monday. To be eligible for a refund, you’ll need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, you can contact us at littlenotesmusicnd@gmail.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a confirmation email of refund.
Refunds will not be issued once the session date has begun.
Unfortunately, we cannot give refunds on gift cards.
If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at littlenotesmusicnd@gmail.com.
Exchanges
If after purchase of a session you are unable to attend, you may request an open slot in a different session.
**Notice needs to be given no later than the day before session starts.
