FAQ

• How long are the music classes? 

Classes are 30 minutes long in person.

• What if I need to miss class? 

Makeup classes are offered at the end of the 6 week session. You are welcome to attend both days if you missed more than one class. 

• What if I have missed more than 2 classes?

If you have missed more than 2 classes, please let us know and we can discuss rolling over your session. We want you and your little one to get the most out of this experience. 

• What is your safety protocol? 

Instruments are cleaned and sanitized after every class.

• How many classes are in a session?

6 classes are included in a full session unless noted otherwise. 

• What happens if the weather is bad? 

If the weather is too bad for us to get to the location for class I will notify everyone of the class being canceled. We will add an additional class to the end of the session to make up for the class that was canceled. 

• What if the class doesn't work out for us? 

We always suggest that you stick it out for 3 classes. Most children take about that many classes to settle in to the routine. Refunds can be discussed with us. We will issue a full refund up to 72 hours before the start date. Cancelations made during the session time will not be refunded.
